Very helpful staff. They have a security guard which is nice. The terminal is always clean.

Nice and clean station. The staff is very helpful. Take the time to walk around and read about the history of the station.

My daughter and I always travel from ROC to NYC by the Amtrak train. The staff is always nice and the ride is always quiet. Wearing a mask for 8 hours straight sucks but that's out of their hands

I've been a few times now and have gone both very late and night and mid morning. Station has been clean and so has the bathrooms. I enjoy the seats have chargers in the rows while you wait. There are three options to get to/from the platform for all levels of walking abilities.

Loved taking the train to and from New York State Fair in 2018. A little late but who cares? Price was reasonable since I drove round trip to Syracuse recently and spent more on gas and tolls. No hastle, no parking, no parking fee and when I got to the fair, free tram right away.

2024: looks great! They have great communication to let you know what is going on. Updates are still in progress (Taste of New York spot) 2019: there was updates at the time I made a trips over here.
